The Last Olive (“the App”) is a private, member-only community for sober and sober-curious women, published by LumaScor LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, and founded by Christina Healy. These terms govern your use of the App and your membership. They are written in plain language, please read them before signing up.
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $99 USD per month. It unlocks the full app: a video-first lessons library, daily 1:1 chat with the founder, weekly founder-led group calls (sober skills, open shares, movement, mocktail socials, guest speakers), on-demand and live workouts, a zero-proof drink library with member ratings, and a private community wall.
Full payment terms (billing cycle, auto-renewal, failed cards, taxes, statement descriptor, cancellation, and refunds) live in our Subscription & Payment policy. By signing up you agree to both this document and that one.
There is no medical or clinical service component , the product is education, peer support, and community.
The App, its content, and any messages, prompts, or posts within it are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical advice, psychiatric or psychological care, addiction counseling, or treatment for any condition. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or disorder.
Use of the App does not create a therapist, patient, doctor, patient, counselor, client, sponsor, sponsee, or any other professional relationship between you and LumaScor LLC, its officers, contractors, or other members.
Posts, comments, events, reactions, and other contributions from members (“user content”) reflect those members’ personal experiences and opinions. We do not vet, endorse, or verify user content.
Messages, replies, comments, lessons, and broadcasts from the founder (“founder content”) are her lived experience shared in a peer capacity. Founder content is not clinical advice, addiction counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or any form of licensed treatment, and the founder is not acting as your therapist, doctor, sponsor, or counselor.
Do not rely on user content or founder content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
Sudden cessation of heavy alcohol use can cause serious medical complications including seizures, hallucinations, and delirium tremens. If you have been drinking heavily and intend to stop, consult a physician first. The App is not a substitute for medically supervised detox.
If you are in crisis, considering self-harm, or experiencing a medical emergency, stop using the App and seek immediate help:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for seeking qualified professional help for any medical, psychological, or substance-use concern. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for the consequences of decisions you make based on what you read in the App.
The App is a private community. By using it you agree not to post, upload, or share content that is:
Reporting + blocking. Every post and comment on the wall carries a Report button so you can flag content for review by the team, and a Block button on other members’ posts so you can immediately stop seeing their content and stop them from seeing yours. Reports go to the founder for review; blocks take effect on your next refresh.
Zero tolerance. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, block users, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal from the community without refund.
Automated filtering. A server-side filter rejects posts and comments containing certain slurs, explicit terms, and spam patterns at write time. This is one layer; the report queue and admin review are the others. Acceptance of content by the filter is not endorsement of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaScor LLC, its members, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of profits, data loss, or emotional distress.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share with, and your rights. Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the App for you, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Membership is $99/month, billed monthly and auto-renewing until you cancel. Monthly payments are not refundable as a matter of policy; when you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you’ve paid for, then your card stops being charged. Full payment, cancellation, and refund details are in the Subscription & Payment policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
We may update these terms. We will surface a renewed acceptance prompt when material changes are made. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
By creating an account or continuing to use The Last Olive, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and to the linked Subscription & Payment and Privacy policies.
