The Last Olive is a private, member-only community for sober and sober-curious women, founded by Christina Healy and published by LumaScor LLC. Membership is a recurring monthly subscription — cancel any time, no scripts, no shame.

1. Membership

Membership unlocks the full app: a video-first lessons library, daily 1:1 chat with the founder, weekly founder-led group calls (sober skills, open shares, movement, mocktail socials, guest speakers), on-demand and live workouts, a zero-proof drink library with member ratings, and a private community wall.

There is no medical or clinical service component — the product is education, peer support, and community.

2. Payment terms

  • Price. $99 USD per month.
  • Billing cycle. Monthly. Your card is charged the day you sign up and on the same calendar day every month after that.
  • Statement descriptor. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as THE LAST OLIVE.
  • Auto-renewal. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period using the same payment method on file, at the same price, until you cancel.
  • Failed payment. If your card is declined on a renewal, your access is paused immediately and you’ll receive an email with a link to update your card. Once a successful payment goes through, access resumes right away.
  • Price changes. If we ever change the price of your plan, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the next renewal so you have time to cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.
  • Taxes. Prices shown are pre-tax. Applicable sales or VAT tax (where required by your jurisdiction) is calculated and added at checkout.

3. How to cancel

Open the App → Settings → Membership → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and your card will not be charged again.

You can also cancel by emailing hello@thelastolive.app with the subject “Cancel membership.” We aim to confirm within one business day.

4. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable as a matter of policy. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and your card stops being charged after that.

Good-faith exceptions. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end — a bug locks you out, you’re double-charged, a renewal happens after you cancelled — email Christina directly at hello@thelastolive.app and she’ll handle it personally.

5. Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a customer ID and your subscription status only. Stripe’s own privacy practices apply to the card data they hold on your behalf.

6. What happens when you cancel or delete

Cancelling stops future charges but keeps your account and your data so you can come back later without losing your history.

Deleting your account (Settings → Account → Delete account) permanently removes your data from our active systems within 30 days. Once deleted, your content (wall posts, check-ins, chat history, etc.) cannot be recovered.

This policy works alongside our Terms & Health Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. This document is a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before the public, non-beta launch.
